Meeting called to order with Gordon Goodfellow; Chairman, Ron Sankus, Janet Black, Norman Taylor and Jaime Velazquez are present.

Neil from Coler and Colantonio discussed the merging of the GIS and the Cama System on the counter computer. He will contact Owen form Appraisal Resource to discuss this merging process.

Approve and sign:

* Invoice form the Plymouth Registry of Deeds for the amount of $26.50.
 * Abatement to be granted to the following applicants:
        * Pietro Panetteiri, PP, overvalued.
        * Philip & Palma S Lynch, overvalued.
        * Mark & Kristen Karlsen, overvalued.
        * Carmine & Rosa Romano, overvalued.
        * Mario & Theresa Massa, overvalued.

        * Kevin & Elizabeth St.George, overvalued, wetland.
* Abatement applications that were denied:

* Letter received from Appraisal Resource, regarding upcoming deadlines.
* Letter received from the Department of Revenue: Marilyn Browne.
* Notice form the Lakeville Arts Council, regarding the Lakeville Arts & Music Festival.
* Notice from the Park Commission, regarding the World Series Trophy to be on display at the Ted Williams Camp March 19, 2005.
* ATB Withdrawal Notice, regarding the change in council that is representing AT & T Wireless.
