Approved and signed: * Invoice from Appraisal Resource for the amount of $4,305.60, which is for the progress completed of 41.5% that had been stated in the progress report. * Invoice from the Highway Department for a pump, distribution kit and sparkplugs totaling the amount of $336.74. * Invoice from the Highway Department for a fuel pump and right coil pack totaling the amount of $135.00. * Invoice from the Town Bookbindery, Inc. for the 2003 deeds to be bound for the amount of $216.00. * 2004 Motor Vehicle abatement application for Nissan Infiniti Lease Trust for the amount of $77.29. * 2004 Motor Vehicle abatement application for Honda Lease Trust for the amount of $188.85. * 2003 and 2004 June Motor Vehicle end of month abatements reports for the amounts of 2003 $668.96 and 2004 $5,808.90. Reviewed: * Invoice from the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds; credit for the amount of $31.00. * Letter for Larry Perry from the Board of Health had requested a list of all beaches around the pond. The letter listed Heaven Heights Assoc. Inc. (36-2-13) & Clark Shores Inc. (42-23-2) as beaches and also lists Huckleberry Shores Improvement (43-9-1), Churchill Shores Assoc. Inc. (40-4-9 & 40-1-16) & Parkhurst Realty Trust (55-2-1), which are listed as rights of ways, but hearsay that they are beaches. * Invitation for a dinner/dance cruise on August 18, 2004, which is being sponsored by the Norfolk Suffolk Counties Assessors Association. * Bulletin from Gerard Perry in regarding Assessors training programs. * FY2004 Budget Balance; a balance of $558.73 will be used to pay FY2004 invoices and the remaining balance of $5,743.28 The Board of Assessors voted to make the remaining funds available to help with the fiber-optic system.
