Approved and Signed: * Chapter 61B application for Leo L & Helen M Dubois. * Repair Plate June end of month report for the amount of $22.58. * Motor Vehicle Excise Warrant and Commitment for 2003 the amount of $3,000.25 and for 2004 the amount of $113,514.50. * 2003 Motor Vehicle Abatement application for Toyota Financial Services for the amount of $23.33. Reviewed: * Annual MAAO meeting to be held on October 20, 2004 in Swansea. Three will be attending this meeting. * Naiop Meeting on Finances at the Bristol-Plymouth to be held on August 10, 2004. * FY2005 Cherry Sheets. * Reappointment of members Master Plan Subcommittee. * Bulletin from Land Lines/ Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. * Memo from Rita Garbitt re: water line easement for the Tennis Club. * MAAO Newsletters. * Contract on Woods Edge Condominiums. Reappointment: * Ronald Sankus to the Lakeville Planning Committee. Unanimously approved by the board. Memo to be sent to the Selectman re: the board unanimously voted to place a nominal value of $1,000, for the easement for the waterlines to the Lakeville Tennis Club on the Lakeville Library property.
