Meeting called to order at 3:35 PM with Gordon Goodfellow; Chairman, Ron Sankus, Janet Black and Glenna Protami present.

Approved and signed:

* FY2005 WPAT warrant and commitment notice for the accountant for the amount of $7,269.53.
*2003 Motor Vehicle warrant and commitment notice for the accountant for the amount of $1,961.78.
*2004 Motor Vehicle warrant and commitment notice for the accountant for the amount of $74,775.40.
*Chapter 60: Forest Land Re-Certification application for William M. McCaffrey.
*Invoice from Coler & Colantonio for map copies, for the amount of $243.00.
*2004 Motor Vehicle abatement application for DL Peterson Trust for the amount of $42.92.

Reviewed:

*Notice to the Assessors on the sale of Highland Road property which is currently under Chapter 61A.
*Notice on changing of Motor Vehicle laws; extending the time to apply for abatements.
*Freetown Assessors office was questioning why they had been deeded a piece of wetland in Lakeville. They have informed us that they will be requesting an abatement when the actual bill arrives. We had also questioned this matter and contacted Attorney Ryders office, but have not heard anything in regards to this matter.
The Board respectfully requests that the Town of Freetown should not have accepted the mentioned land. The Town of Lakeville will continue to tax the property and take it in tax title if Attorney Ryder does not reword the deed.
Appraisal Resource will be meeting with Grace Sandall, in place of Scott Santangelo, here at the Assessors office October 21stt and 22nd.
