OCTOBER 13, 2004 Meeting called to order at 3:30 PM with Gordon Goodfellow; Chairman, Ron Sankus and Janet Black present. Approved and signed: *Invoice from the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for the amount of $52.00. *Motor Vehicle warrant and notice of recommit for the years of 1987 for the amount of $8.75, 1988 for the amount of $10.00 and 1989 for the amount of $40.00. *September Motor Vehicle end of month abatement report for 2004; $2,758.72 and 2003; $7.19. *September Repair Plate end of month abatement report for the amount of $25.13. Reviewed: *Upcoming meeting to be held October 20, 2004 at the Venus DeMilo. Janet, Glenna and Jaime will be attending. *The Beacon. *Linda Grubb would like to have the digital maps on a disk that will allow her to colorize certain parcel but not change anything else. We will call Coler & Colantonio and see if this is an option and what the charge would be. For the time being we have allowed her to borrow a copy of the digital maps to use.
