The Town Clerk's office is responsible for conducting the annual census which produces a street list and student lists; maintaining all vital records by registering, filing and providing copies; posting meeting notices of all governmental bodies; overseeing elections and town meetings recording and certifying all official actions; supervising voter registration, absentee voting and maintaining a current voter list; issuing dog licenses and hunting/fishing licenses; as well as other permits and services.
