If you have ever been interested in volunteering to serve the Town, we have a Board, Committee or Commission position for you! The Lakeville Board of Selectmen are looking for residents who would be interested in filling a vacancy on 1 of the Town’s Boards, Committees or Commissions. Currently there are vacancies on the Council on Aging; Town Forest Committee; Rent Control Board; Conservation Commission; Finance Committee; Historical Commission, Capital Expenditures Committee; Open Space Committee; Cable TV Advisory Committee and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Please submit a letter of interest, including some background experience (personal or professional), explaining why you would like to fill 1 of the current vacancies. If you are interested in more than 1 position, that is fine; just include a separate letter for that vacancy. Your letter should include your address, phone number and email address (if possible). Letters of interest should be emailed (if possible) to Tracie Craig-McGee at [email protected] by August 10, 2020. They can also be dropped off in the silver box in front of Town Hall, addressed to Tracie Craig-McGee or mailed to Board of Selectmen's Office, 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA 02347.
If you have any questions or would like further information, please contact the Selectmen’s Office at (508) 946-8803.
