AGENDA:

Please Ask if Anyone is Recording the Meeting and Announce Cable Taping (If Present)

  1. Public Hearing (7:30 PM) – Amend the Zoning By-Law relative to Adult Use Marijuana retailers
  2. Meet with Ken Motta from Field Engineering regarding a conceptual plan review for 14 Harding St.
  3. Meet with Jamie Bissonnette from Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC, (ZCE) regarding ANR submittal for 9 Harding St. 
  4. Meet with ZCE regarding drainage for Paska Estates.
  5. Meet with Nyles Zager from ZCE regarding ANR submittal for Taunton St. and Cross St.
  6. Meet with Nyles Zager from ZCE regarding making minor changes to Site Plan for 56 Main St. 
  7. Review the following petition from the Board of Appeals for: GAM REALTY TRUST
  8. Discuss Special Permit procedure, including form and fee structure
  9. Receive SRPEDD update from Board Member Barbara Mancovsky.
  10. Approve Meeting Minutes for October 11, 2018.
  11. Set next meeting date:  Thursday, November 29, 2018, or December 13, 2018, at 7:30 PM at the Lakeville Senior Center.
