AGENDA:

  1. Public Hearing (7:30 PM) – Amend the Planning Board Rules and Regulations and add a Special Permit fee for Adult use Marijuana Establishments and Marijuana Retailers Zoning of $1,240.  The fee consists of $240 for the Special Permit and $1,000 for the Site Plan Approval.
  2. Complete modification of the Special Permit.
  3. Review the following petitions from the Board of Appeals for: 
                a.         Mastrangelo – 40 Main Street

                b.         Rose –67 Main Street

      4. Receive SRPEDD update from Board Member Barbara Mancovsky.
      5. Approve Meeting Minutes for May 10, 2018, June 28, 2018, and November 8, 2018.
      6. Amend Meeting Minutes of February 9, 2018
      7. Next Meeting…. Thursday, January24, 2019, at 7:30 PM at the Lakeville Senior Center.
      8. Old Business
      9. New Business
     10. Any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
