PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF FISCAL YEAR 2018 VALUATIONS
The Lakeville Board of Assessors has received notice from the Department of Revenue/Bureau of Local Assessment that fiscal year 2018 assessed valuations have been preliminarily certified.
Taxpayers are encouraged to check their proposed values. A copy of your property record showing the information used in estimating your valuation can be obtained by dropping by or calling the Assessors’ Office during regular office hours, or by sending an e-mail request to Norman Taylor at firstname.lastname@example.org. All inquiries will be investigated and responded to by our Assessors, Harald Scheid or Josh Gendron.
The Public disclosure period will run from Wednesday, November 22 thru Thursday, November 30th.
The Assessors’ Office hours during the disclosure period are 8:30AM to 4:30PM. The office will be closed for the extended Thanksgiving weekend, reopening Monday, November 27th.
