Request for Taxes Paid

Requests for taxes paid for MV, RE and Personal Property will need to be requested in advance by filling out the Request for Taxes Paid form.  Please provide phone number, email address and bill numbers, parcel information as required for each payment needed.  If you choose to have it mailed, please provide a self addressed stamped envelope and either mail to:  The Town of Lakeville, 346 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA  02347 or drop it by the office.  If you have any questions call the office at 508-946-8801.
