Fiscal Impact Study - Lakeville Country Club

Thorndike Development Corporation has provided the Town of Lakeville with a Fiscal Impact Study for the proposed Lakeville Country Club Redevelopment Plan.  This plan, prepared by DRG Advisory Services, provides an analysis of the project's potential impact on Town revenue and expenses.
